Cooling Coils

Function of the cooling coils

Located within the 32°F water bath. Coils allow heat to be removed from the syrup, water and

carbonated water supply lines.

Failure of the cooling coils

Improperly located cooling coils found outside the designed retaining basket may freeze-up if

touching the ice bank.

Notes:

w Check coils for freezing (ice touching the coils)
